Finding peace in the quiet
Blog Series – Part 2
Sometimes the stillness feels louder than noise, but that’s exactly where clarity begins.
Finding peace in silence sounds cute until you’re actually sitting there, alone with your thoughts, wondering why the calm suddenly feels like a full‑blown interrogation.
There’s a special kind of hush nobody warns you about. Not the peaceful, spa‑music kind. Not the “I’m journaling and drinking tea like a soft‑life influencer” kind. I’m talking about the uncomfortable version—the one that sneaks up on you when you’re trying to be spiritually mature, but your mind is acting like it just drank three Red Bulls.
🌿 Finding Calm in Quiet Moments
In the stillness, you suddenly hear everything—your heartbeat, your breathing, your refrigerator, your neighbor’s refrigerator, your thoughts… even your thoughts’ thoughts.
And instead of feeling calm, you’re sitting there like, “Why does this silence feel like it’s judging me?”
